Engineered for the enthusiast and built form the ground up to give you all the essentials you need for overclocking. Comes with a GUI BIOS that is focused on functionality, new software interface for overclocking in the O.S., ultra high quality components, premium Creative Core3D audio, robust PCI-E 3.0, and memory trace layout.
It starts with a full 8 Layer PCB, improving overall overclock stability and PCB cooling. The memory trace layout is optimized for compatibility, improved overclocking and 4 DIMM memory support. Higher volume of precious metal (Gold) used in the sockets greatly improves the conductivity and produces a cleaner signal due to less resistance/impedance. The Z97 Classified features 300% more gold than the standard Z97 Socket.
- PCI-E DISABLE SWITCHES
No need to remove a card when testing, instead you can disable the slot with a dip-switch, this can greatly reduce the time spent in troubleshooting , as you do not need to disassemble anything to isolate PCI-E components.

The Z97 Classified comes preloaded with triple BIOS for ultimate protection. Whether you pushed a brink OC until it is not bootable, or you suffered a power outage during a BIOS flash, you can always switch to another BIOS, boot as usual, then if desired, hot-flash the faulted BIOS.
