You PSU isn't just determined by your GPU. CPU, RAM, internal devices all play a role in the amount of power you need, Google 'psu needed for my pc' and click on the PSU Calculator - Cooler Master link, or any other with a calculator to estimate your power needs. i have a 700 Watt PSU right now, which is more than enough power and they aren't that expensive, you always want to have a bit more power than needed in case things really start cranking.

Will this GPU fit in a NZXT S340 Mid-Tower?

I believe it would fit in there just fine, the card is surprisingly small. I recently purchased a Roswell Challenger budget case with almost identical specifications to the NZXT S340 and it fits in there like a glove, with out being tight or crowded.

Logo doesn't light, but mine has a white led that stays lit even when computer is in hibernate. It is located at the 6 pin plug. 03G model.

The dual is for the 2 fans on the card for cooling compared to the reference cards that have a single blower style fan

The card unfortunately does not support SLI at all, there is no SLI bridge connector on the card.

Cannot SLI 1060 cards, only 1070 and up from what I recall.

G-SYNC features require an Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost GPU or higher.  (Google it)

Buy the 1080, especially if you want to connect it to a 4K TV to save on costs.  Remember the 4K TV supports 4K and no other resolutions which means your video card needs to be fast enough for the higher resolution at 60 fps, which means the 1080, not the 1060 like what I have.  The 1060 will not support 4K resolutions at a good FPS.

This card should draw no more than 150 watts max though I think its rated at 125 watts. You should be able to get away with using a 400 watt power supply but 450 watt would probably be better just to be safe.
