Regarding the free copies of Splinter Cell and Assasin's Creed 4 - are these for Mac?

I don't think there are Mac versions of those two yet. When I purchased this card, the offer was Batman Arkham Origins... it was redeemed through Steam. So, on the bright side: if they ultimately port it to the Mac, Steam will enable playing on either Mac or PC. (via Boot camp or otherwise).

Question 2

Will this card work with a Mid 2010 MacPro tower running Mac OS 10.8?

I'd recommend going to Yosemite as the drivers are better. but yes, I've used this card in my 2010 mac pro running 10.8 up through 10.10. and only had a small issue with outdated drivers kernel panicking my machine initially with I updated 10.10, but the nvidia web driver has corrected all my issues.

How many watts this VGA Card consume from power supply ??

And , Can I install it with my Quadro 4000 for mac ??

And if the answer is yes , Can I bond them with SLI ??

This card was chosen because it is about the highest end card that fun run at 150w, which is the maximum rated power a Mac can supply a video card. This card uses both internal connections. You cannot add any more video cards to the system unless they do not require external power, or you get an external power supply. You might be able to run an adapter cable from a spare CD power cable but of course Apple doesn't recommend this.

In any event, OSX does not support SLI. You could use SLI in boot camp but I think you would need identical cards in any respect.

Will this drive a 4K display?

I don't know, check the NVIDIA forum or ask a rep directly.

But when you do get an NVIDIA card, be sure not to update your OS to Mavericks. For that matter, don't ever update your OS until you're sure that NVIDIA has updated their drivers to handle the changes. Word to the wise!

Will this work on a Mac Pro 2010 with OSX 10.7.5?

It does work on the Mac Pro 2010 however it requires OS X 10.8.3 or later.

I have this card on MacPro 2010 (5,1) and have used it with 10.9 and 10.10 and I am extremely pleased with it.

Will this work with early 2008 mac pro OS 10.8?

I think the only potential problem is powering the card.  There is sufficient power to be drawn from the motherboard providing you have no other cards that require power drawn from the system.  This card uses both the power outlets off the motherboard.
