Is this a blower style GPU or open air style?

I have this card, even with the fan at 60-70%, I didnt feel much air coming from the rear of the card while under a gaming load, the shroud I think is just there to cover the heatsinks PNY put on the card..its a pretty open air design. The Newegg listed pictures are way off; 6 pin connector is what my card came with (pic shows 8), that massive heatsink isnt what I got on my card as well.. The one I received has a small VRM heatsink thats screwed in (thanksfully) and a rounded heatsink on the gpu itself. The VRAM is passively cooled.

For example I have it set to 65 C, +54 MHz Core, and +90 MHz Memory in a room at 72 F. Neoscrypt will throttle down to 547 kHs from the benched 581 kHs.
