if only using 1 card it is whisper quiet, the volume will go up if the fan is turned way up but if it in a case still quiet. I run 6 cards on a miner Fan set at 75% to keep them cool still quiet in a 1200 Sq Ft apartment. been running mine 24/7 for 6 months with no problems.

I bought this card in may and...Well I think it would handle games at 4k resolution if they weren't too processor intensive, but in short...yes it could though you may see framerate drops accordingly.

so, I have an older PC, I know, I should upgrade,  and this is the motherboard IPISB-CH2 from HP, I am wondering if this card will work or not? I  have tried a few others before, GTX 760, and RX460, both won't work, basically, PC will turn on, but there isn't any image from the Card...

Assuming your power supply is big enough, any of those cards should have worked.

If you're not sure what power supply to get, an Nvidia 1050 maybe a better fit for your purposes as it draws far less power.

Does this work for minning ethereum ? It says that it needs 500 PSU but ... Is that accurate?

I am using it for mining and it works like a charm. I am using about 170 watt/h for 21 mhs vs other cards about 100 watt hour for each 10 mh. I am using 750 psu and its supporting 3 cards running fine. Get a good psu and stay at optiumal efficiency.
