Question 1

What is the minimum power supply requirements? I keep blue screening while playing games with a heavy load, such as Fallout 4 with the graphics set to medium.

Accepted Answer

The minimum on the box read as 650. I'm running a 700 corsair and haven't experienced any problems but the most work I put the card under is Borderlands the pre-sequel at medium to high graphics.

Question 2

I wonder. Does the molex to 6-pin connector actually work? I'm just asking because sometimes I see these adapters with 2 molex inputs, not just one. On top of that, the molex to 6-pin adapters that only have one molex input have really bad reviews, leading me to believe that the one depicted here will not work as advertised. Has anyone used it and found out if it actually works?

I'm using it, I have kind of an old power-supply that has only one 6 pin unit but that's only connected to my 3Tb Hard-drive, and 4 pin to 6 pin converter seems to work fine. I haven't had any errors of any sort and  my graphics card seems to run perfectly. I't play GTA V on High settings except for texture setting which you need 4gig for that.

Does this require 4-6 pin or does it use power from the motherboard?

It requires a 6 pin plug comes with one in box that use's a 4 pin power plug for old ide harddrives make shure  your power supply is at least 400 watts or better.
