Works on Linux (Ubuntu 16.04) here. One thing to be aware of is that there are two drivers, an open source one and a proprietary one. The former is reputed to have better performance, but it wouldn't work for me with multiple monitors simultaneously. I ended up using the proprietary driver and it worked in that configuration.

As the title suggests, this IS an "AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB GDDR5 DX12" card.  If you're asking will it Crossfire with another RX 560 then yes, it will.

Question 3

Why has SAPPHIRE still not labeled that a UEFI  Bios is required as a system requirement ?  when they know people are buying this car to go in older legacy  bios machines only to find out later it won't work !!! and their machine won't boot !!! UEFI is a system requirement  so don't you think that maybe a good idea ?

This may be a question better directed toward the manufacturer than the community.  I didn't realize a UEFI bios was required.  I have mine installed in a home file server using an AMD AM3+ socket board, that's at lease 6 years old now.  It's personal preference and your choice of course, but if you need a GPU for something older than that, you may want to save some money by looking at previous generations of graphics cards rather than the current HD 500 series.

Is it me, or does it look just like the old HIS 2GB 7850?

Yeah it kinda looks similar, but is not it.
I bought it and am happy that I did
All games I have work at 60fps (which is my monitor limitation LOL)
It does need a 500Watt+ SMPS to work with a 6pin power head which is not optional (I found out the hard way had to buy a smps too.)
and takes 2 PCI slots(cause of its size)
