does it come with any cables like a hdmi cable or dvi-d cable?
( im new so i dont really know much )

This particular card does not come with either cables nor adapters. There are also no drivers in the box. That being said, I love this card. It performs very well for my setup running 1080p 60 fps gaming (most games) and home theater purposes.

Is this compatible with the MSI FM2-A85XA-G65 motherboard?

Yes it is compatible. Doesn't require a pcie connector. This card is slightly faster than the GTX 960. If I were you I would buy a GTX 1060 if you have the budget. Much greater card and it will do you better in the future. But the 1050Ti is a great card. I play everything on Medium to High settings.

Would this graphics card work with a AMD FX-4130 quad processor with 16gb of ram or is the cpu too old?

It shouldn't matter, as long as you have a PCI-E x16 slot.  I'm running it with a Core i7 2600k.  Its a few years old, but works just fine.

Anyou standard power supply should work. The card has a draw of 75. There is no need to power it from an extra molar for the power supply.  It's a good card for that reason..I didn't want to upgrade my power supply and this was perfect.

Do these Evga cards have chance of catching fire like the 1070/1080 cards?

I've had mine for almost 2 weeks now and the highest temperature my card gets is 65 °C That is If you're using Evga Precision XOC  with the default settings on & KBOOST on. If you have Precision XOC off, then the highest I've seen is 55-58°C The likely chance of it catching fire? Pretty slim in my opinion. I've left my PC on for 2 days downloading a game and my card remained at 50°C In short, you shouldn't have to worry about catching fire.

What's the difference between the " GTX 1050Ti ACX Single" and the " GTX 1050Ti SC ACX Single"? What does the "SC" indicate?

SC stands for "Super Clocked", meaning it runs a little faster than the standard EVGA 1050Ti version. I did the math using EVGA's product page specifications and runs with a ~5% faster clock. That doesn't mean it does everything 5% faster (memory on both runs at the same speed) but in general it's a little faster.

could this fit in any computer tower or does it fit in only certain ones?

Unless you have a slim case that only takes half-sized cards, it'll fit just fine.  This is pretty compact for a full-sized card.

Can this card run three monitors?

In what environment? I can't really offer frame rates for games but I use this card at work in their Dell tower to run three monitors. Had to order some cables monoprice to go from DVI and DP to HDMI but they weren't very expensive.

could this work with a dell Xps 8900?

I had to look up the desktop specs. you will need a better power supply unit, the default one allows for a gpu upgrade below 225 additional watts. This card required 300 dedicated watts so you will need to upgrade the power supply. Beyond that, as long as you have an available PCI Express 3.0 AND the dimensions of the card will fit in your computer case then yes, it should work in that computer. Suggest before buying upgrade measure how much space your case has along the PCI E3.0 slot and verify that you do in fact have a open PCI E3.0 slot on your motherboard. Will this work on a Dell Optiplex 7010 regular/big tower size?

I have no idea but I can tell you this card fit in my slot without issue where a bigger card would never come close to fitting. I would google or look on this site for the datasheet for and find measurements and go from there. You can also get a pretty good idea from looking at the picture gauging the PCI slot so it appears height would be the only concern you may have? It is two spaces tall if you judge by the bracket.
