Would this fit in my Hp Pavillion p010?

If you have the desktop Pavillion, then I think it will.  If it doesn't fit, then most likely nothing will, as this is the shortest low profile GTX 1050 Ti video card I could find.  It fit in my HP Compaq Pro 6300 slim form factor[which appears to be a smaller case than yours] and brought it into spec for the latest games.  I would measure the inside of your case to make sure it's not too long, though.

if you're computer has 4 slots in the back, slim for normal it will fit. Another way of checking is if the black  (CD) is 50% of  the height with the gray grill the other 50%. You're good to go, not the shorter one like Inspiron 660 slim, which is 2 slot 1. Only for video  card. From googling I'm almost sure you are the tall slim case, which means you're good to go. Great improvement on the stock HD 2500, which is quite crappy. Just switch to the lower profile bracket, which is included

The gpu has a standard bracket, but in the box there is also a slim bracket for you to switch out if you need. If you look at the photos of the product, it shows the included accessories.

hey I'm wondering if my pc can run this     its a lenovo 90B700E5US it has 12gb of ram. 1 TB storage. its a i5 intel processor. and the max watt output is 280 could i use this card?        if you want please leave your opinion on this card and if you know any better ones around this price

Short answer: Yes, you most likely can use it.

Long answer: The Lenovo 90B700E5US is a model of the Lenovo H50-50 dekstop PC line. According to the user manual, the motherboard in this desktop has 1 usable PCI-Express x16 slot. You can definitely install the card into this desktop.  What may limit you is the power supply. The 1050 Ti does not need an external power supply connector and draws all the power it needs through the PCI-Express x16 slot. The amount of power it draws is about 65 watts under full load. The Intel i5 4460 consumes about 84 watts under full load.  Motherboard, ram, optical drive (when burning a DVD), hard drive (assuming 3.5" HDD), and case fans consume about 50, 3, 30, 8, and 6 watts, respectively. That makes for a total of 245 watts (including the 1050 Ti), so a 280 watt power supply should be enough to power this card with everything under load. When I first did research on this card, I read several reports of users running this card on a 280 watt system with no problems and 1 report of someone using the card in a 230 watt system. However, a lot will depend on what other expansion cards you may be using and whether or not you've upgraded your processor. If you're looking to get a little overhead back, and gain some speed at the same time, consider upgrading to a SSD; they are fast and consume about 2.5 watts of power compared to the 8 watts of a standard HDD.

With that said, I purchased this card as a backup for my GTX 1060  i5-6500 16 GB MSI Z170 SLI+ system, and it gives very steady ~48fps in DOOM 4 ultra settings at 1080p. I'm impressed with how well this little card performs.
