Great Product Out of the Box

Pros: I have had this card about a week, so cannot comment on longevity. This card runs great out of the box. Ran Cinebench out of the box at 145 FPS. OC'd with Firestorm OC Scanner and runs 180 FPS in Cinebench. So far have played Monster Hunter and everything is smooth at max settings. Can't wait to see how it does on Anthem!
I have a Thermaltake Core P5 case and this card is very quiet. Even when the fans kick in, still not bad at all.
- i9 9900K
- Aorus Z390 Pro WiFi
- 8x2 G.skill Ripjaw V 3200
- HP 1TB M.2 PCIe
- Thermaltake RL360 liquid cooling
- Thermaltake Core P5 case

Cons: Needs water block support from anyone!
RGB LEDs in the fan would have been nice. Lighted logo is customizable, but not in a good location for vertical mounted cards.

Other Thoughts: Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this product.

Great performance, good quality!

Pros: - Great performance for AAA titles and VR gaming
- Good quality product
- Worked perfectly out of the box, not much fiddeling required.
- Runs silent, cool and power consumption is pretty decent, given the performance.

Cons: - Huge card, I had to remove some HDD slot boxes out of my tower case in order to fit it.

Other Thoughts: This is my first Zotac card, bought it on sale for $499. I upgraded from an Asus Strix GTX970. Performance gain is substantial. Runs even demanding last year AAA games on max with >60 FPS (at least on 1080, I don't have a 4k monitor).
I mainly bought the card for VR gaming with an Oculus Rift. So far, it runs every game I have tried very smoothly. E.g. I am running Skyrim VR with over 100 mods and mist textures modded to 4k resolution plus ini tweaks for higher details, longer viewing and detail distances and with 200% super sampling. The only time I get minimal stutters is when looking down from a mountain top over a wide area, otherwise it's smooth like butter.
I only have the card for 2 weeks now but so far I am very happy with my purchase.

Flawless, right out of the box.

Pros: Works exactly how expected. No issues whatsoever, which was something I was worried about when reading other RTX reviews. OC was a breeze.

I use it to push a 3440x1440 100hz monitor. Combined with a 2700x, my FPS hovered around 80 at max settings before OC. (Shooters such as ETF and Squad)

Cons: It’s a large card, so there is a small amount of sag that cannot be corrected unless a brace is installed. The Firestorm app to control fan speed and color leaves a lot to be desired, but it works.

Other Thoughts: I got this GPU on sale for $500. If you debating on purchasing this or a 2080, it is my opinion that this card provides adequate enough performance to not justify the gap in price. So unless you just have to have the absolute best performance out there, I think you’ll be happy with this 2070.

Awsome card great price. Nvidia is rasing the game.

Pros: Games look better than ever, RTX is awesome to watch in action.

Cons: None. Smiling ear to ear.

Other Thoughts: Don't be scared to pull the trigger on this one.

Great performance &build quality, runs cool and well compared to other 2070s

Pros: -Big Cooler (con if small case obviously)
-Runs very cool as a consequence of the above (stock with OCs around 50Mhz core and 700Mhz on VRAM and it maxed at 68°C)
-Premium build quality. Was a little worried going into this as some of Zotac's other products are hit and miss with quality. This is not one of those products thankfully.
-Quiet. I can barley hear this thing at load. I have a PC 011 Dynamic 3 feet to my right with 9 case fans and with or without headphones I don't notice it while gaming.
-Looks great (subjective)
-My system:
Ryzen 5 1600-OCd to 3.8Ghz on all cores
8Gbs of DDR4 @3000-I know I'm upgrading to 16gbs soon
Asrock B350 MB
EVGA 850 Supernova

As a note I didn't buy this for RTX (Ray tracing or any of the other features), I bought it for the performance, though I will probably use DLSS once there is implementation of it in more games. I upgraded from an EVGA 970 SSC and this card is roughly twice the performance, runs quieter & cooler and I am very pleased with this upgrade.
I run a 4k monitor that I have OCd to 71Hz, my system handles 4k in most games 2 years or older are perfect mostly maxed between 60-70fps. In current AAA titles, such as Battlefield V, I run everything maxed with a 4k resolution with the rendering resolution being 90% to have the framerate above 60 with not much of an appreciable difference between that and true 4k.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that the fans are always spinning. The minimum is 29%, it's inaudible but it's unnecessary to run the fans at idles or small loads and I prefer to have them off to save some life on the fans.

Other Thoughts: In the words of Tom's Hardware, Just Buy It. But just buy it for performance with RTX (ray tracing, DLSS, etc.) as an after thought. They're nice, but just a proof of concept and there current implementation is not optimal. Maybe in the future though?

Started great, deteriorated quickly, then randomly fixed itself

Pros: On the plus side, the card does run quite cool, but I would expect so as it is so large I had to rewire my computer just to fit it in an ATX full tower case (seriously, double check you have enough room before purchasing. In my full tower it has approximately 1mm of wiggle room when installing). This enables decent overclocking (just be aware that Firestorm which comes with the card does not work as well as some of the alternatives out there).

I received the card approximately 2 weeks ago, at which point it performed very well, benchmarking far better than expected (99th percentile, actually almost as well as a 2080). However, that did not last.

Cons: After using it for a week, the performance randomly dropped by almost 20%, with benchmarks placing it in the 26th percentile RTX 2070. Considering that it is supposed to be a higher performance model of the RTX 2070, with a higher price, larger form factor, and higher clock than your average RTX 2070, this was quite disappointing. I tried to contact Zotac for support but never received a reply.

Other Thoughts: As of one hour ago, benchmarks randomly jumped back to notably above average (85ish percentile) for an RTX 2070.

I will update again if performance randomly changes more....
