it is a basic design that will fit most chassis in computer...  will usually fit most to all atx computer cases.. i had a different case than stock and it might come a slight bit longer than most... i think in my setup it changed by a 1/4 inch at most... so it will fit..

Will the cables be long enough for a full size case like the 750D?

Shouldn't be a problem. I have it in a mid tower but there is more than enough extra cable

is this a bottom mount or a top mount power supply?

This ps will mount on the top or bottom. However if top mounted, you generally want the fan facing downward toward the bottom of the case. If bottom mounted, you generally want it facing up. It will mount top or bottom with fan up or down in either spot. The question is, how do you want the air to flow in your case?

does it have a 8 pin conector?  if so how many?

Yeah I bought it specifically for that reason to power a 7970 graphics card.. I believe it has 2, it should say in the specs (I think they call them 6+2)

I am using this with an Antminer S5 and need to do the paperclip trick, but there is no green wire; all 24 wires are black.  Anyone know which pins I need to jump?

Question 7

Does this psu have a 4-pin (2top, 2bottom) connector 12v to power a cpu?  I do not see this pin in the pictures, but it is pictured in the stock photos about how flat they are for cable management.

Yes, it has 2- 4 pin connectors meant just for the cpu. Since some motherboards require 2. Since this is not a modular psu, cable management is a little tricky, but nothing a few zip ties couldn't  handle.

Yes, from what I can see this will fit in your case as far as physical dimensions are concerned.

The best thing to do would be to measure your current power supply and compare it to the dimensions of the PSU you have selected.

This power supply will fit most or nearly all mid ATX to full ATX cases. But make sure that it has the required wattage for your system and all of the connections required for your current configuration. Newegg provides a power supply wattage calculator, just google it and input all your hardware.

will this work with asus 970 gaming pro aura mother board?

Based on my experience with this psu it should work with this motherboard. According to pcparpicker there is no compatibility issues between the motherboard and psu you want to use. If you need any more advice or help with any builds you might ask over at r/buildapc.

Question 10

Does your power Supply supply power while computer is off?  I still have a few fans running and power to my USBs, so my mouse light flashes, lights are on on the keyboard, CD drive light flashes.  my old power supply did not do this.  Anyone have any idea why, and is it an issue worthy of having it replaced.   Thanks for whatever feed back people have.

That sounds more motherboard related to me, but this psu does some power features when the computer is off; sorry it's not a direct answer but I'd check your mono and if ur computer is actually off. Windows might still be cleaning stuff up despite your monitors being off.
