Can I use two of these with ADATA same specs?

The answer is in the motherboard. Some boards use color coded
slots to show where matched or different types should go. Some Boards don't.  Read the motherboard manual for requirements and double check everything.
Corsair and ADATA use different engineering designs so they are
not matched and internally they function differently, performance  varies and compatibility with other functions of the motherboard 
will vary. If the motherboard has allowed for this they will say so. 
It's usually recommended to use matched types .
BUT, You're question was CAN you use these with ADATA same specs. Sure you can ! But, how well will it work ? will there be
problems ? will a new part later affect it differently ?
Most likely it will function to whatever degree it does and without damage to anything. You could then run a free benchmark test (like unigine valley or something) and see if you approve of the performance.
I bought two pairs of these and they've worked as advertised without any trouble for a year and a half now
