Sorry...I can't state with any authority whether this stick will work with  any Mac product...Considering how 'proprietary' Mac hardware is, if I were you I would find a Mac store in your area and ask them.....just don't feel obligated to buy what Apple sez is the brand; only the specs count..

The people to ask is Newegg, not me.Call them...and alternately you can check the specs on your laptop to see what kind of RAM it takes... Do your homework and don't go first to customers since we usually are not tech people and don't know anything...

heat spreaders are not on 204 pin ram. this is ram for a laptop. i picked 10600/1333 as there is a technical bulletin from hp stating my pavilion dv7 can be upgraded to 16gb using a kit that is exactly 10600. Not 10666 or anything else. I have had a few attempts to get this ram but have not been successful yet. I suspect 10666 and 10600/1333 may have the same part number which may make it problematic to get 10600. I have had 2 failures on delivery of this ram.

In the literature that came with your Dell laptop, it will tell you the specifications for memory that is supported... IF the DDR3 SO-DIMM 1333 is mentioned in those specs it will work..Read the stuff that came with your laptop (unless you tossed-it out)....
