i am using a dell inspiron 5675. would this ram be compatible with my motherboard and goodo for gaming?

According to the specs document for the Inspiron 5675, yes these should be compatible. I think they are fine for gaming. There are likely some faster, more expensive memory sticks out there if you have an unlimited budget and want every drop of performance possible but honestly, RAM speed often doesn't make that much of a difference - it's more about having enough money to minimize the use of swapping/paging. At the current time, 32 GB should be more than enough for a system that primarily runs games.

No it's not. That computer looks like it uses DDR3 memory. Not DDR4 memory.
