what color are the refurbished ones shipping in? where does it specify?

Mine came with black edge on the front with a white back. The only places I see it specify are under features. It's italicized and says "Crystal White, Midnight Blue, and Hot Pink" I have a friend who got the Hot Pink. Same as the mine, but pink on the back instead of white.

what is the maximum size sd card?

It says 32GB but my 64GB card works on it. The 64GB card kept getting corrupt though so I'd say sick with 32.

Are you sure that this model has the 5mp rear facing camera? All the others seem to have a 2mp.

I'm not sure how one would tell, but the manual has it listed as 5MP rear facing. Check out the manual on the Asus web site.
