Will this Mike work with Windows 10?

The microphone is an input device only not dependent on any software. Goes into your mic input plug because the tip of the connector is input audio and the ring is microphone bias. You should be able to set the level with the software and you should be good to go.

Will this microphone plug into the front of my computer? The pink connection.

Yes it should plug into the pink connection and work just fine. The cable is also 6' long so if for some reason that connection didn't work, one on the back of the computer should work as well.
