Will Windows 7 Professional with SP1 work on the CS325 with the Intel Core M3 processor?

No. Tried this and during install it will freeze up similar to a memory issue. Same with a Windows 8 image. The only image that will work is Windows 10.

Does it full resolution with 3440x1440 monitor?

The maximum supported resolution is 4096 x 2160 @ 24 Hz, 24 bpp. 2560 x 1600 @ 60Hz is also supported.

Does this have a TPM?

I don't believe so. You should confirm on intel's ARK website for the core m3-6Y30 processor. I would post a link except that I'm not allowed to.

Will Ubuntu 16.04 LTS run on the device?

I had no issues installing Ubuntu 16.04 on my Compute Stick.  I downloaded the latest bios updates from IBM first.  Everything seemed to work fine with minimal configuration needed.

Does this compute stick come with licensed and activated windows 10?

No:  from CNXSoft review on 1-7-16:  "The model with a W (STK2M3W64CC) will come with Windows 10, and the other two models without operating system."

The model sold here does not have a "W" in the model number, so no Windows OS.
