This is a USA speced unlocked GSM phone that should work with any carrier that uses GSM. So technically, AT&T should handle this. You will need to ask them.

will this phone work with Tracfone?

It's unlocked and works with any GSM or CDMA network. So short answer is yes just install sim card. I believe these are nano Sima so you might need a new sim card from your carrier but that should be a nominal cost

Does this work on verizon?

No, this phone won't fully work with Verizon. It doesn't support any of Verizon's 2G or 3G CDMA bands, and it's missing support for 1 of Verizon's 4G LTE bands. This is targeted toward GSM carriers only.
