Is it possible to add a second hard drive to this computer?

Yes, but you will need to buy a separate power cable to connect the hard drive to the mainboard. I picked one up for 5 bucks on an auction site.

dose this have a auto set on it for the power supply? as i want to use it in the philippines thy have 220 volt or would i need a step down Transformer?

I wouldn't recommend it. I tried it with a 750ti 18 months ago and had no success. If it has a 6pin connection and you get a better psu you may get it to work.
