Is this the brush with the green rubber back or the blue hard plastic? What is the model number?

No the brush is as pictured, white base, stem and tip with a blue-green bristles with a few bristles with the darker blue stripe that tells you when to replace the head. The model number is as indicated, HX6911/02 (in the overview). It's a great toothbrush and was recommended as the best by my dental hygienist. I am very happy with it.
