Question 1

Mu question is , , in 900 series card you can overclock the video card  to boost some FPS . Can the new 1000 series be overclockeable ? because i watch it one by one and all cards has the same boost speed.

yes, the boost speed is just something driver controlled if you are referring to gpu boost 3.0 which is basically a driver controlled dynamic overclock. But you can still set manual overclocks and voltage control through programs like MSI Afterburner or Zotac's own software that you can get from their website which is similar just less widely used. I use Afterburner , since I have used it for about 7 years by now and it works well with RTSS (Riva Tuner's OSD which comes bundled in the Afterburner installer) displaying my selected OSD settings like gpu temp, clock speed usage % etc. I don't really need to overclock this card manually, so I don't, but I do use a custom fan curve since it runs about 3-5 degrees cooler that way with it being summertime now. The driver controlled gpu boost 3.0 is enough for myself, But that can go along with your manual overclock though I think. Just be sure to keep an eye on temps if you manual overclock.

Is this a 1070 TI card? why so cheap?

Not sure about the pricing on things these days, maybe they just have more of this model available compared to other 1070ti currently. It's a good card, should fit into almost any case because of it's size which it was designed to do being a compact model but that won't impact the fps much if at all depending on your temps since the boosts are controlled by the driver and based on temps. Keep the case cool, and you will be good to go.

Micron, I think they're all Micron unfortunately.  Should've been 9.0 ghz ram.

I only have dvi available on my monitor, does this come with some sort of adapter to allow me to use it out of the box?

the specs say 1 x DL-DVI-D   or 1 dual link dvi digital.  so it has dvi but only digital.  is your dvi monitor analog?
