HOW MUCH CACHE DOES THIS SSD HAVE ?

The WD Black SN750 NVMe Gaming SSD is a real bargain. The SN750 uses 64-layer 3D (stacked, vertical, etc.) NAND with 3 bits per cell—in other words, TLC (Triple Level Cell). There's also 256MB of DRAM cache for every 250GB of capacity.

will I have the same read and write speed if its the second M.2 slot?

Simple answer is yes. There are other factors that come into play (like if you have two going full speed on an Intel board that has a dedicated GPU). But for simple benchmarks, yes they will be nearly identical.

Is this M or B notch type?

It is M key.
You can tell by the picture. The M key will have the cut on your left hand side while the B key will show the cut on the right hand side. Also pci will usually be M key and SATA will be B or eventually B+M

Would I put my heatsink over the sticker or remove the sticker?

You can put it over the sticker. It should be fine. I never had any issues with it.

Leave the sticker on, no reason to remove. It will not significantly interfere with heat transfer. (IT ALSO VOIDS THE warranty for no significate benefits)

Black (SN750)
sequential read: 3430MB/s
sequential write: 3000MB/s

If you're using this for gaming, or a workflow such as photo / video editing go for the black. Alternatively if you're chasing the highest performance at the time of writing check out the Samsung 970 EVO Plus line

any clone software for data migration?

You can download a WD version of Acronis from the WD website that has a clone option.  I used that and then manipulated the remaining unallocated space with Windows Disk Management.

This SSD fits an M.2 slot, unless that motherboard has it, it will need an adapter of sorts. I'd recommend a PCIe 3.0 x4 adapter card for one of these SSDs or an x8 card for two.
