This review is from: EVGA GeForce 9400 GT 512MB DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card 512-P3-N940-LR
Pros:
Only paid $40 for the card. The card can play newer titles at lower resoulutions. Suprising how this card can probably pretty much play anything that comes out. Why pay big money for higher end cards just to play at 70+ fps and have higher electric bill. PC games seem to be made for consoles now a days anyway.
Cons:
The fan is a little loud. Makes a whining noise. Can hear it through my case. Is a little annoying. Knock 1 egg off for that.
Overall Review:
I've been PC gaming for years, and I've had all kinds of cards 48xx etc. Had xfire,SLI, and unless you have a big monitor. I have a LCD TV native 1360x768, having a higher end card plus needing bigger power supply just isn't worth it to me anymore, using emachine 350 psu with E2140, 2-optical drives and 1-HDD.
