This review is from: Canon SD4500 IS Brown 10.0 MP 10X Optical Zoom Digital Camera
Pros:
HD Video in 1080, 10X Optical Zoom, Low Light Shooting, HDMI output, Slow motion video, Best Select Mode, I could on....
Cons:
Heres a few things I didnt know before I purchased: The HD movie records in Motion Jpeg (M-JPEG) not H.264 which is not a problem except with compatibility and file size. The HD files are huge but will a very fast and easy file converter set to "Pass Through", you'll have managible and smaller H.264 files. Focusing can be an issue with this camera. Ive had all Canons in the past and praise them all but this one takes a little while to focus during movie mode and the smart focus doesnt always work when taking pictures. Oh and buy another battery (cheap one) as it will use up a battery faster than most.
Overall Review:
Other reviews have nailed this camera for battery life. That is such a small problem and I wouldnt worry at all with two batteries. This is an EXCELLENT camera for the price, the size, the ease of use. All the little extras are worth the few cons. You'll be happy you bought it, I am.
