Pros:
I have 5 of these drives, 4 in a RAID 5 external box and one spare. They have functioned well but when looking for additional drives support was lacking on line (see below). They did provide a contact # 1-800-726-7864 but where have these drives gone after a brief period and what do I do if 2 drives fail in this RAID config?
