Great idea, not so practical 03/04/2011
This review is from: Apple Magic Mouse MB829LL/A
Pros:
It has a good weight to it, build quality is exceptional, and the features work like they're supposed to.
Cons:
It is an uncomfortable mouse to begin with, but once you start dabbling on the swipes and such, it made my hand very tired. It's hard to move the mouse when a part of your palm is resting on the desk. I found myself picking the mouse off the table to move often times.
Overall Review:
I purchased this mouse for my sandy Macbook Pro. As I said, the mouse is full of great ideas, but they don't really translate to practicality especially if you have a laptop. I find Trackpad MUCH easier and intuitive to use, not to mention comfy. The swipe features are good on paper, but I refused to use it, because I would have to form my hand to a very uncomfortable position.
I'm picking up a Logitech soon. Bulky, but comfy.
