Pros:

Works in Windows 7

Cons:

The Cable! You'll need a MICRO-SATA CABLE to use this drive . I had received all the components to my new build, and had to wait 2 more days to use it because I couldn't load my OS without that blasted cable! Sata power connector and sata cable will not fit the ports.

Sounds like a jet engine. It is by far the loudest thing in my otherwise silent PC. But then again, how often will the average user load a disc?
