Pros:
Great budget motherboard.
Cons:
No SATA3. No USB 3.0. After waking up from s3 sleep when CPU is overclocked, computer crashes. Even a tiny overclock of 1MHz on the bus causes this. Appears to be a motherboard issue. I avoid overclocking with this motherboard.
