Out of the box "Hardware error" This is the second scanner I had to eat in 2 weeks because there is a non-refund policy on this one. And no, it wasn't an open box special, just a regular discounted item. First was a Fujitsu that wasn't compatible with my software, then this one is dead.
Overall Review:
I should have read the reviews on this scanner. Apparently this is a horrible scanner plaqued with many issues. Even the HP tech support guy said that. Dont buy this one.
