Pros:
Fast. Good quality scans (best quality is with some brightness and contrast tweaking.) Extensive software control with an incredible array of options.
Cons:
Brightness and contrast settings in TWAIN driver do not carry over to the ScanSnap software. The standard included software might be too complex for a home user or someone that just wants to click and scan.
