Pros:
Works! Cheap. Quick Install. Came with cables.
Cons:
Connector to hardrive is not terribly snug, easy to knock off if you don;t watch what you're doing while inside the PC case.
Overall Review:
Works as advertised. Allowed me to use a WD IDE harddrive for an old ASUS P5AD2-E motherboard which prefers SATA as it's boot drives (I was already familiar with changing the BIOS settings, so it booted without a hitch on the first try). No lag when accessing the drive that I can see. On sale w/ free shipping = happy customer.
