Pros:
Great Price, low power requirements, good performance. Plays games on high settings very well. I have played BF3, COD B02, L4D2 and most other steam games maxed and it looks great. No issues with drivers or stability. The card it replaced was a 4890 and this 7850 OC blows it out of the water.
Cons:
really none. It really is a good card at this price point.
Overall Review:
Got this during a newegg email sale. 30 dollar rebate. Best Bang for the buck deal I have seen in a while.
