Cons:
The remote worked after two different programs were run but the remote is beyond slow in WMC. To install the software without a CD/DVD Drive you have to call customer service. They're in New York and are not friendly at all. The card did not work after the computer went to sleep and woke back up.
Overall Review:
This card is trash. The software is trash. The remote is trash. After putting my computer to sleep and waking it up the next day, the card no longer functioned. Not to mention the amount of setup to try and get this card/remote combo to work together is hideous. They have so many different programs you need on your computer to make it work, you get lost. And most of the programs run and say "Success!" but do nothing. I RMA'd mine and got an AverMedia card. It worked in 20 minutes. I speak a week on this card and ended up with a dead card. I would not recommend this card to anyone.
