Pros:

Good picture quality, good adjustability of the stand, higher than HD resolution (1200 vs. 1080).

Cons:

Bad for gaming. The screen goes black for 1-2 seconds whenever the mode changes. Very annoying. I would not have bought this model if I knew that was going to happen.
