compact gaming board. 03/09/2014
This review is from: MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros:
I liked just about everything about this board, it comes well packaged ,with sata cables its very functional. Its a micro so its small as to be expected. Works well with selected components and allows high scoring benchmarks and great gaming experience. could also make a great theater addition.
Cons:
It did have a few cons thou iwth a double spaced video card 3 out of 6 sata ports are covered and unusable almost enough to take a egg away. It lacks visual appeal and has no real color thats not covered up. no big deal
Overall Review:
I paired it with fast ram -7-7-7=21 max interface speed
the AMD fx6300 with stock fans
a powercolor 7870 2gb edition
and a MSI blitz case with seasonic M12 PSU
The machine rocks in many benches parts out preform my 970 with the same CPU , and the video card is tuff to match laying any concerns that the cheaper MB would not preform strait to rest, really the olny thing that bugs me it the covered up sata plugs ,but fortunately It only has 1 drive ,but if it was my main PC I would be mad since it uses 5 drives.
