Pros:
Very Fast - died unexpectedly. Used in RAID 1 w/ WDD Black Caviar drives - Customer Services was Great!!! New unit arrived with credit card for guarantee. Swapping the drives was absolutely painless! I was sweating that part. No last data on drives. Returned bad unit and received notice of CC info release.
All is Good and would highly recommend. Repeat of Lesson for everyone - Glad I had backup, just in case, but did not need.
Cons:
None - Things break - It is what happens when they do that matters.
