Pros:
Easy to install
Fan is quiet
Cost is much lower than active cooling.
Cons:
Just fits case, check your height to side cover.
Overall Review:
Installed as a replacement to stock fan on an Intel i7-2600K. Dropped my CPU temps by 30C at peak activity to just under 58C peak 35C average. Had to clean off old thermal grease and remove motherboard for install.
