Pros:

It works like a displayport cable, so that's a plus, but...

Cons:

Packaging said it was a 1.1 cable and 1.2 compatible which means it's not DP 1.3 or 1.4 so it's not future proof and won't support 4K@120Hz let alone 8K at all. Putting this kind of info on the product page would have kept it from losing a star.

Overall Review:

It works as expected it's just a shame whenever products online are missing relevant information. This is not even DP 1.3 which means the standard it's using is nearly a decade old. FYI this cable likely won't even support 4K @ 60 Hz or might JUST meet that spec with the 1.2 compatible but not likely; packaging says up to 2K only.
