Pros:
Stays cool with the fan, absolutely quiet. You gotta feel for the vibration to know it's on.
Cons:
Plastic front and back look nice, but I wonder when they'll break (of course, my HD might be trashed at the same time, but still!). cheap feel on the on/off switch
Overall Review:
I bought 2 of these over the last 6 months or so. They cost more, but after leaving them on all night doing a backup, they are never even warm to the touch (unlike my earlier aluminum, fanless box) It's super quiet as well. It's nice that the power supply actually has a cord end (so it doesn't cover more power slots than it uses).
