AMS Venus DS-2316B2BK USB 2.0 black aluminum external enclosure turns a standard 3.5-inch internal hard drive into an external, portable storage device. It uses a cable-less connection interface inside the enclosure. Simply slide a Parallel ATA 66/100/133 3.5-inch hard drive onto the connector and in a matter of minutes you can easily increase your desktop's storage. A multi-color LED lets you know when you have power and your drive is busy reading or writing.
The drive is hot-swappable so you can quickly add or remove the drive from a system without rebooting. Plus, its design allows you to stack up to 12 USB 2.0 drives horizontally or line them up vertically. An 80mm fan is embedded within the enclosure to help keep the drive cool, but with minimal noise.
