Pros:
Works well.
Quiet.
Fast and pretty cheap.
Cons:
Did not like my rig. I was upgrading anyway and so I stuck it into the new one a few months later and it worked fine. I RMA'd the previous one, installed drivers, played with BIOS, flashed the firmware, everything, could not get it to go.
Was running on an:
ABIT AN8 with a AMD 3500+ Clawhammer. The ABIT AN8 apparently doesn't like the drive.
Switched to an Intel Core 2 Duo on an ASUS P5K and all works splendidly.
Tech support is very sketchy. You're pretty much on your own for anything beyond basic stuff like checking cables and jumpers.
Overall Review:
It's a gamble. Do you think it's worth the money on a drive that might or might not work.
