Pros:
This is the one, overclocking options galore! Beautiful boot screen, if your into that type of thing, COMPLETE BIOS no skimping here.
Cons:
None that I have found, the SATA ports are fine if you use a Full Tower. Mid Towers might be tight to put them in as others have said.
