STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
Return for refund within: 30 days after invoice
Return for replacement within: 90 days after invoice
Restocking Fee: 15.00%
Please inspect all received merchandise for damage immediately upon receipt. If you discover that your product has been damaged during transit, please report this to our Customer Service department at (704) 792-2221. Failure to report damages within three (3) business days may result in your claim's denial.
RMA Policy
If we shipped and sold your an item, you can return those items to us within (90) days of the ship date. This policy does not apply if a different return policy is stated on the item's listing information.
Our warranties do NOT cover:
• Diagnostic and/or repair fees by a third-party.
• Software issues: including missing or altered user data. The customer is responsible for backing up their data prior to sending product for service.
• Buyer negligence i.e. liquid damage, accidental damage, power surges.
The warranty does not apply if:
• Damage is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or peripherals
• Damage is caused by service performed by anyone not approved by Coretek Enterprises LLC
• Any sticker or serial number has been removed or defaced.
Please make sure that the device has been fully removed from all accounts including, but not limited to: email, Apple ID, and iCloud. If you would like assistance with resetting the device, please reach out to our customer service department at 704-792-2221 between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Failure to have the device removed from iCloud may cause your return to be delayed or rejected.
To return an item to us, you will need the following:
• A return merchandise approval from us;
• All accessories, manuals, and materials provided with the original item
