If the item is found to be defective(this is almost never) we pay all shipping . Items found in working order are refunded minus our shipping cost . Free or low cost shipping is only free or low cost if you keep the item .. Please ask for help if you need it and even if you think you don't as it saves returns and money in the long run . one last thing on returns NEW & SEALED items need to be returned new & sealed to receive a full refund , once you open it it is used and the selling value is decreased to that of a used item .
