PCOnline US provide FREE Two-day shipping on all products less than 8lbs (exclude hardware).

Please be advised that we only ship to 48 contiguous United States, exclude Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. We do not accept any PO Box addresses.

Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse, inspect, and test all returns. Items returned as damaged, defective, or "dead on arrival" item(s) are subject to warranty claims. Items that are returned to PCOnline US due to buyer remorse or Bought By mistake are subject to a 15% restocking fee Plus Shipping charges initially paid by PCOnline US. Additional charges may apply if the returned item(s) meet these conditions: the customer in any way misrepresents the condition of the item(s), the item(s) are damaged due to customer misuse or tampering, missing parts, the item(s) is determined to be in an unsellable condition due to a customer's actions.
