- 2: Please do not rinse with plain water which will result in a severe burning sensation. Make sure water temperature is around 37°C.
- 3: If you have had ear surgery, please contact your physician prior to irrigation.
- 4: Do not use hot or boiling water.

How can I replace the adult nozzle?
It is very easy to replace the adult nozzle.
Do you have to lean back or forward when you use it?
The recommendation is to lean forward over the sink because you are flushing your sinuses and the slime and other particles will flow from your sinuses through your nose.
How do you sanitize this after use?
The salt solution has a sanitizing effect itself. So, I just rinse with water. However If you are worried, wash with soapy water, rinse and air dry.
How often can I use this a day?
I use it as needed. Up to 2 or 3x a day.
