Is the setup of the VGA Acer Nitro Intel ARC B580 OC R graphics card simple with modern hardware?

Mostly, weirdest bit is having to know/remember to turn on Resizable Bar (ReBAR) on Intel CPUs in the BIOS, or Smart Access Memory (SAM) for AMD.
