Is this compatible with HP ML350 Gen9 server / Windows Server 2012 R2 ?

When you say "compatible" do you mean in the sense of HP and/or Adaptec providing official support for the configuration combining this card with that server and OS? If so you should check with the vendor (probably HP) to see. If you just want to know if the card will work, then yes, it will work, of course, because that's a very recent server and Windows Server 2012 R2 supports this card out of the box (though you should still install the latest drivers from the Adptec website).
