IS this key board Back Lit ?

No. But the high-contrast florescent color makes it very easy to see during the daytime. If you want to use this at night, or in a dark room, you'll have to look for something else.

Is thiskeyboard compatible with windows 10?

Yes, the keyboard is absolutely compatible with Windows 10. I have two of the keyboards on two desktops and both have Windows 10. Love the keyboard as it has the features for controlling the sound right from the keyboard. The only thing I didn't like which seems to be common with every keyboard was the slant of the keyboard. Keyboard laid too flat to suite me and I made some longer feet from coat hangers to elevate the back side of the keyboard.
