- A:CooSpo will offer 12 months after-sales for the sensors, We will provide free return and replacement service within one year, but do not include man-made damage, please feel free to find CooSpo for more support.
- Q: About the cadence / speed tracking function ?
- A: BK467 is single-mode sensor, it can't support tracking speed and cadence in the same time for 1 piece. if you want to monitor both of your speed and cadence, please comes to sensor B0936PWZ7J, or get 2 piece. If you use WAHOO APP, you will only can tracking only 1 data with BK467 sensor, Wahoo app can't support connected 2 sensors in the same time.
- Q: Are there free apps compatible with CooSpo bike sensors ?
- A : Recommended APP:Rouvy/Zwift/Peloton/Wahoo/CooSporide.
- Q: If the data is not accurate ?
- A: NOT recommend using BK467 bike sensor on spinning bike, as the magnetism will interfere with the signal of the sensor and causing inaccurate results.
- Q: About the Installation & mode switch ?
- A: CooSpo bike sensor comes with different rubber band, if you use speed mode, please switch the sensor to red light and fixed the sensor on bike wheel hub; if you use cadence mode, please switch the sensor to blue light and fixed it on bike crank. You can switch the sensor mode with reset the battery.
